what is Markup Price Calculator
A calculator to compute the final markup price for an item including shipping cost, VAT, and valuation fee. Only item price and shipping rate are variable inputs, while all other rates are fixed. Results are rounded to the nearest multiple of 5 after adding ₱5.
How to use Markup Price Calculator?
Enter the Item Price
In the 'Item Price' field, input the original cost of the product you are selling. This is the only variable input for the item's base cost.
Enter the Shipping Rate
In the 'Shipping Rate' field, input the cost to ship the item to you. This is the second and final variable input required for the calculation.
Click 'Calculate Markup Price'
Press the calculate button. The tool will automatically apply the fixed rates for VAT and the valuation fee to the sum of your item price and shipping cost.
View Your Final Price
The calculator will display the final selling price. This result is the item price plus shipping, plus fixed fees, rounded to the nearest multiple of 5 after adding ₱5, giving you the optimal markup price to use.
