A highly condensed calculator for adding and subtracting predefined numbers with unlimited operations. Red buttons are whole numbers, purple buttons are decimals, green +, blue -, yellow for backspace/reset. Dark themed with scrollable history.
How to use Compact Adder/Subtractor?
Step 1: Understand the Color-Coded Buttons
Familiarize yourself with the button colors: Red buttons are for whole numbers (e.g., 1, 5, 10). Purple buttons are for decimal numbers (e.g., 0.1, 0.5, 0.25). Green is the addition (+) operator. Blue is the subtraction (-) operator. Yellow is for backspace (to correct the last entry) or reset (to clear the entire calculation).
Step 2: Input Your Numbers and Operations
Click the colored number buttons and operator buttons to build your calculation. You can perform unlimited sequential additions and subtractions. For example, to calculate '10 + 0.5 - 1', you would click: Red '10', Green '+', Purple '0.5', Blue '-', Red '1'.
Step 3: View the Result and History
As you input, the current calculation and result are displayed instantly. The dark-themed panel on the side provides a scrollable history of all your previous operations and their results, allowing you to review or reference past calculations.
Step 4: Correct or Reset Your Calculation
Use the yellow 'Backspace' button to remove the last number or operator you entered. To start a completely new calculation, use the yellow 'Reset' button to clear the current input and result.
